TIM Professional runs as an application, therefore you need to ensure the program is running at all times in order to log all SMDR data.

To start the TIM Professional application, click on the desktop icon or locate it in the All Programs list from the Windows Start menu.

During startup, various checks are carried out, along with a success indicator for each. If one of these checks fails, the system will pause, allowing you to take remedial action. In the instance of a system startup error, you are advised to contact our Technical Support team


The system has successfully started up when the Call View screen is displayed, containing a list of the calls previously logged. If this is the first time you are running the application, the Call View screen will be empty.


 

To start TIM Professional, click on the TIM Professional icon in the Start menu group named 'Call Logger'.

During start-up, various checks are carried out, along with a success indicator for each. If one of these checks fails, the system pauses to allow you to take remedial action. In the case of a system start-up error you are advised to contact your software vendor.

The system has successfully started up when the Call View screen is displayed, containing a list of the calls the system has previously received. If this is the first time you are running the system, there will be no calls in the Call View, as shown below:
