The summary graphs panel consists of three separate graphs, each organising their information using different criteria, as described below:

The information you see in each graph pertains only to the area to which the logged-in user has been granted access.

Call volume by call type

This first graph shows a snapshot of calls for the current day, based on the type of call, e.g. inbound, outbound, missed.

Each call type is colour-coded using a system-wide colour scheme, as follows:

  • Green: Incoming calls
  • Light green: Answered transferred calls
  • Blue: Outgoing calls
  • Light blue: Outgoing non-connected calls
  • Grey: Internal calls
  • Mauve: Internal non-connected calls
  • Red: Abandoned DDI (Direct Dialled In) calls
  • Pink: Tandem calls

The same call type colour coding system applies throughout TIM Plus.

Call volumes

The graphs on the front screen (dashboard) provide a quick visual indicator of call activity. This allows to to identify call volumes, types and costs at a glance. The titles on the three graphs explains their individual function:

  • Call volumes by call type
  • Call volumes by half hour
  • Call volumes by charge band

This graph shows a snapshot of calls broken down by half hour starting at midnight and finishing at midnight. Using the same colour coding as shown above, you can quickly identify peaks and troughs in call volume and identify busy periods at a glance.

Call volume by half hour

Using the same system-wide colour scheme as in the above graph, you can quickly identify peaks and troughs in call volume and identify busy periods at a glance.

Call volume by charge band

This graph shows a snapshot of today's calls based on the destination called. This graph allows you to identify at a glance where you call most often, breaking down your calls into easily-identifiable geographic classes, such as Mobile, National, Local, International etc. The example shown below shows that most of the calls made here are national calls.

Call volume by charge band
