This section allows you to configure the details of your mail server, in order to enable TIM Plus to send out scheduled reports, call alarms, missed call notifications or system alerts.
Each field that needs to be configured in this section is described below. Consult your system administrator if you need to obtain any of the required information below
| Field name | Description |

| Server host & port | The IP address or DNS of your company's mail server and the port number, which by default is 25. |
| Greeting name | The Greeting name required by your mail server to identify the computer that is sending the email. In most cases, this is the network name of the server running TIM Plus. |
| "From" address | The email address of the user that emails will appear to be sent from. |
| Test address | Any email address you want to use to send a test email, to verify your e-mail settings. |
| Type | If your mail server requires authentication, select the method it uses from the list provided. Choose None if the authentication is automatic or not used. |
| Username | Enter the username of the SMTP authentication. |
| Password | Enter the password of the SMTP authentication. |
