How are Display boards populated?

Display boards are populated with your live call data by Stats points. These objects are "counters" which can be placed anywhere in your directory, allowing you to specify the site, group or user you want the statistics to encompass, and it 'counts' details of all calls that pass that point. Additionally, you can configure your Stats point to consider calls based only on a particular subject, such as users, channels, dialled number, half-hour time slot etc.

It will not be possible to create a Display board without first adding some Stats points to populate it.
