When you first enquired about TIM Enterprise, you will have been sent an email containing the login details required to download the software. If you have forgotten your password, simply click on the "Reset your passowrd" link at Tri-Line Gateway.

After logging in, locate the Downloads page to download your personal copy of the software.

NOTE: It is important that you only download from this location, since each download is tagged with a unique ID allowing installation for your specific organisation.

When you have downloaded the setup package, install it by double-clicking on it and following the setup wizard instructions.

TIM Enterprise installation

During installation, when asked to provide a license certificate, you should select the Download license automatically option, whereby the software will attempt to "call home" to retrieve its license. If it is unable to do so, you may need to obtain the license manually.

Obtaining a license manually

When entering a license manually, you will need to make a copy of the Product Key that the software displays to you, then complete the following steps to obtain a license certificate:-

  1. Log in to the Gateway using your username and password.
  2. In the Products panel, click on the TIM Enterprise product you want to obtain a license for (usually, you'll only have one such product)
  3. In the Software license panel, click on the Activate now link
  4. Paste the product key you obtained from the TIM Enterprise setup wizard into the activation text box
  5. Choose the number of users you intend to log
  6. Enter the version of TIM Enterprise you are running (shown in the browser title bar in the software's setup wizard)
  7. Click Activate Now to obtain the license certificate
  8. Paste the certificate into the box in the TIM Enterprise setup wizard

If you cannot create a license certificate, follow the steps above to log in to the Gateway, then raise a support ticket with our technical team. Please provide the product key that the setup wizard gave you, and specify any error messages you receive.
