Configuring UCME to send SysLog events

Log in to your phone system via Telnet, using Use Telnet to connect to the IP address of your Cisco UCME / UC500, as shown below:

Once connected, enter the following commands to enable the Cisco UCME / UC500 to send SysLog events to TIM Plus:

Configuring Cisco AXL sync

Below you will find steps on how to configure the Directory Sync from Cisco UCM:

Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to perform directory synchronisation with your Cisco UCM:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Choose the site you want to configure and click Properties.
  3. In the Site Properties window, select the Sync tab.
  4. Tick the option entitled Synchronise with the following device .

  5. In the the Host field field, enter the IP address of your UCME / UC500.
  6. In the

  7. In the Username field, enter the username used to log in to your UCME / UC500of the IOS login that can perform synchronisation.
  8. Click on the the Set button  button and enter the password used to log in to the UCME / UC500of the IOS login that can perform synchronisation.
  9. Click on the the Save button  button to apply the settingschanges.
