Whilst it can be run as a stand-alone system like any other call logger, TIM's real power lies in the fact that virtually all of its functionality can be accessed through a standard web browser. This affords you complete control of your telephone system information right from your own desk, be that desk in the same room, building, or office in a different country!
It's no understatement when we say that you can host a complete website from TIM, because it is fundamentally built around web technology.
