Connection information Description
Connection type Serial Output or IP: If you have configured your Toshiba CIX/CTX to send SMDR information via a serial connection, you will need to directly connect a serial cable from the Toshiba CIX/CTX PBX to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on.
Cable configuration Null-modem/Crossover or Straight-through. Please check your Toshiba manual.
IP method TCP/IP connection: If the Toshiba CIX/CTX is configured to send the SMDR information via TCP/IP the actual installation of TIM Enterprise can be anywhere on the network that the PBX is connected to.
