Reporting options

To set the report options, simply choose the report you'd like to run by clicking its name from the report list at the left-hand side of the screen. Then, click on the large Select this report button to start the report wizard, as shown below:

The pop-up window that appears allows you to set the parameters of the report wizard. Click on the Next button at the bottom right of the window, until you reach the Options screen. This section allows you to add more specific filters to your report. Because these options are specific to the report you are running, you will notice that they differ from report to report.

Alongside each option is an Information icon which, if clicked on, will display a help prompt for that specific option.

In the example below, the user wants to exclude weekends and transferred calls, as well as missed calls that are shorter than 3 seconds.

Run the report

To run the report without setting any further parameters, simply click on the Finish button. To continue adding parameters, click on the Next button, which will lead you to the Format options.
