These instructions should assist in configuring your AYCTelecom IPcts to work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

IP Method The AYCTelecom IPcts sends the SMDR data to the IP address of the TIM Enterprise machine on a specific TCP port.

Configuring your SMDR

Below you will find instructions on how to setup the SMDR output using the IPcts Management web page:

  1. Browse and login to your AYCTelecom IPcts web page.
  2. Click on the System tab
  3. Click on the SMDR/Log tab and configure the fields as below:
    • SMDR Server Enabled: Please click on the check box.
    • SMDR Server Output: Click on the radio button Network Address.
    • SMDR Client IP Address: Enter in the IP address of the machine that TIM Enterprise is installed on.
    • SMDR Client Port: Enter the TCP port number that you want to send the SMDR data to. You can use any free TCP port, we would recommend starting from 9000 and increment it per PBX unit that you are going to send SMDR data from to TIM Enterprise.
  4. Click on the Update button.
  5. Click on the Commit Changes button at the top of the page.

Configuring TIM Enterprise

Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your AYCTelecom IPcts:

  1. Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.
  2. Click on the Directory tab.
  3. Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'AYCTelecom IPcts'.
  4. Left-click on it and select Properties.
  5. From the General settings tab select AYCTelecom IPcts from the PBX model list.

  7. In the Connection tab select Listen for connection from PBX from the Connection method list.
  8. In the Port field enter in 9000.
  9. Finally, click on the Save button.
