Think of the Microsoft Teams platform as one giant PBX. Now imagine hooking that up to a call logging or accounting system, just like you would a traditional PBX. Our Teams Connector allows your TIM Enterprise to capture and report on peer-to-peer Teams calls & meetings, Microsoft Calling Plan calls (PSTN) and SIP Direct Routing calls.

During set-up, you'll be redirected to Microsoft's authentication system and asked to grant permission for the TIM application to access your call records. Please ensure the Microsoft account you use has the rights to grant the required permissions.
