Because you can connect any number of 3CX's, the TIM Enterprise call logger, can also be used as a hosted solution. All web content files that make up the entire user interface can be edited to integrate with other third-party systems, or just to reflect your own corporate branding.
Our 3CX connection scripts have recently been updated to support call logging on Version 18. The instructions below are to help you configure your 3CX phone system to work with the TIM Enterprise call logger.
