Directory overview

The Directory of TIM Enterprise is built on an object-based methodology that places no hierarchical width or depth limits, allowing you to create an exact replica of your company's internal structure. The distributed Directory permits the integration of an unlimited number of sites within one system and, by defining relationships between its objects, the system becomes intelligent and it can perform certain task automatically, e.g. reconcile calls across 'on-net' routes.

To construct the Directory, you are provided with two categories of objects,

Beside the usual user and telephone information, customised fields are available for items such as e-mail address, office location, etc.
