Directory overview

TIM Enterprise is built upon a unique objects-based Directory that places no hierarchical width or depth limits, allowing you to create an exact replica of your company's structure. TIM Enterprise's distributed Directory means your employee directory can span multiple sites. By defining relationships between the directory objects, the system becomes intelligent and it can automatically reconcile calls across 'on-net' routes.

To construct the Directory, you are provided with two categories of objects: Organisation unit and Other object, as shown below:

Beside the usual user and telephone information, customised fields are available for items such as e-mail address, office location, etc.
