By defining relationships between these objects, the system becomes intelligent... for example, it can automatically reconcile calls across 'on-net' routes.

TIM Enterprise's distributed Directory means your employee directory can span multiple sites, with no limit to the actual depth. Aside from the usual user and telephone information, customised fields are available for items such as e-mail address, office location, etc.
