<p>NetPBX is a free tool provided as part of any multi-site TIM solution. NETPBX is used to collect data from single/multi sites depending on the connection method used. e.g. serial/ip/file.</p>
<p>It's a tool we use to get data into TIM. NetPBX is mainly used for serial connections. NetPBX doesn't process any call data as such - it just gets the data from A to B. A TIM Professional/Plus/Enterprise license is still necessary to give meaningful analytics from any data collected.</p>
