Alarms

In order to monitor specific events on the system, TIM Plus gives you the option to set up alarms that trigger when certain criteria are met, e.g. when calls above a certain duration are made, when specific numbers are dialled or when defined cost-TIM Plus can send e-mail alerts when calls whose properties match certain criteria have happened, such as calls above a particular duration, calls to specific phone numbers, or when user-defined cost thresholds are exceeded.

Dialled number alarm

Alarms An alarm can be set to activate activated when a part full or full partial number is dialled. If you want to To add a series of full or partial numbers, you can separate each entry one with a comma, as shown above. Acceptable formats include: An example might be

Cost alarm

Duration alarm

An alarm can be activated when a call exceeds a predetermined duration, measured specified in seconds.

Missed call alarm

An alarm for E-mail notifications of missed calls can also be set up on the systemactivated, by ticking the box Enable missed call alarms for this site option.

Delivering the alarm notification

To receive an e-mail notification from TIM Plus for about any of the above mentioned aforementioned alarms, type enter the address of the e-mail address recipient in the text box provided, as shown above. To send the alarm to more than one e-mail address; to send alerts to multiple email addresses, separate each entry one with a commasemicolon.
