Configuring your SMDR output

Below you will find instructions on how Follow the steps below to configure your Panasonic DBS Series to output SMDR data to TIM Plus. You will need to do this The configuration needs to be performed from the Operator phone:

  1. Press the ON/OFF key.
  2. Press the RECALL key.
  3. Press ##. You are now in to enter the

  4. Navigate to Call logging/Remote programming parameters.
  5. Go to Call logging - parity Parity check and select 1 and , then press the # key.
  6. Go to Call logging - evenEven/odd Odd parity and select 1 and , then press the the # key.
  7. Go to Call logging - baud Baud rate (SMDR) and select 4 and , then press the # key.
  8. Go to Call logging - stop Stop bit and select 1 and , then press the # key.
  9. Go to Call logging - data Data length and select 4 and , then press the # key.
  10. Got Go to Call logging - printing Printing selection out/in, and select 1 which will give you for incoming and outgoing calls.
  11. Go to Call logging - printing Printing selection local/long distance calls, and select 1 which will to print all outgoing calls and , then press the # key.
  12. Press the ON/OFF key and your settings will be savedto save the settings.

Configuring TIM Plus

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting call logging data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and clickyou want to configure and click Properties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Panasonic DBS Series from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Finally, click Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
