4. Navigate to Call logging/Remote programming parameters.
5. Go to Call logging - parity Parity check and select 1, then press the # key.
6. Go to Call logging - evenEven/odd Odd parity and select 1, then press the the # key.
7. Go to Call logging - baud Baud rate (SMDR) and select 4, then press the # key.
8. Go to Call logging - stop Stop bit and select 1, then press the # key.
9. Go to Call logging - data Data length and select 4, then press the # key.
10. Go to Call logging - printing Printing selection out/in and select 1 for the incoming and outgoing calls.
11. Go to Call logging - printing Printing selection local/long distance calls and select 1 to print all outgoing calls, then press the # key.
12. Press the ON/OFF key to save the settings.

Installing NetPBX

The NEC DXE phone The Panasonic DBS Series phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting call logging data, log in to TIM Plus and perform the steps below:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the site you want to configure and clickclick Properties.

3. In the Site Properties window, select Panasonic DBS Series from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
