Configuring your SMDR output

CIL access over v.24: The Siemens HiPath DX sends CIL information via a serial connection, you will need to directly connect a serial cable from the Siemens HiPath DX v.24 wall box to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on.

CIL access over Ethernet: In addition to CIL access over v.24 (Serial port), in all Realitis DX and iSDX systems with Software Revision 6.0 onwards, the System card or UPI card (Advanced Connectivity Interface (ACI)) allows remote access to the CIL stream over the Ethernet. The CIL TCP server on the System/UPI cards allows a maximum of three concurrent connections from TIM Plus.
When the three connections are in use, subsequent connection requests are rejected. The default TCP listening port is 17257. Once a connection is established, the DX will begin sending packets to TIM Plus.

For more information about the output and configuration of your SMDR data, please contact your phone maintainer.
