1. Locate the extension you want to set to Do not log in the Directory, select it from the list of users and click on the 

   Buttonmacro
   Label Properties

   button, as shown below:

2. Click on the

   Tabmacro
   Label Telephony

   tab and tick the

   Keywordmacro
   Label Do not log calls for this user

   box.
