Configuring your SMDR output

The By default, the Siemens HiCom/HiPath doesn't have the SMDR output enabled by default. Please contact Contact your phone system maintainer to enable the data output for incoming, outgoing and internal calls.

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Siemens HiCom-HiPath from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select Listen for connections from PBX from the drop-down list.
5. Leave the Host field blank.
6. In the Port field, enter in 9000.
7. Click on the Save button to apply the settings
