The Avaya EuroGeneris has multiple outputs SMDR outputs. To configure the CDR output you will need to speak with your system maintainer. TIM Plus requires the SMDR output to be set to customized and the format should be Format 5 rows 80 columns.

NetPBX
The Avaya EuroGeneris phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the data from the serial port, you will first need to install NetPbx NetPBX software,which then sends the SMDR to TIM Plus. For setup instructions, click on the link below:
