  1. A Csta license is required for any Csta connection.

    PREQUISITE

    Please note that Unify classes TIM as a 3rd party application. In order for us to connect to the Csta connection on Unify V3 systems, it will require the purchase of a separate Csta licence. 

  2. Log into the Unify as an administrator with the user role "Expert".
  3. Once logged in click on the "Expert Mode" tab.
  4. Within the "Expert" mode menu, select the "applications" menu item and then "Middleware".
  5. Within "Middleware," there are two sections that have options that need to be enabled.
  6. Click on  "Csta Message Dispatcher (CMD)" under "Activation" , "service will be started automatically" needs to be ticked. You will then need to click "Apply" to apply the settings.
  7. Click on  "Csta Service Provider (CSP)" under "Activation" , "service will be started automatically" needs to be ticked. You will also need to set a "CSTA user id" and a "CSTA user password". You will then need to  click "Apply" to apply the settings.
