Log into the Unify as an administrator with the user role "Expert".
- Once logged in click on the "Expert Mode" tab.
- Within the "Expert" mode menu, select the "applications" menu item and then "Middleware".
- Within "Middleware," there are two sections that have options that need to be enabled.
- Click on "Csta Message Dispatcher (CMD)" under "Activation" , "service will be started automatically" needs to be ticked. You will then need to click "Apply" to apply the settings.
- Click on "Csta Service Provider (CSP)" under "Activation" , "service will be started automatically" needs to be ticked. You will also need to set a "CSTA user id" and a "CSTA user password". You will then need to click "Apply" to apply the settings.
