<p>These instructions should assist in configuring your Avaya IP Office to 
work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX 
configuration, please contact your system maintainer.</p>

<h2>Configuring Avaya Delta Server</h2>

<p>If you don't already have a copy of the Avaya Delta Server, 
you can get a copy from the Administration CD. If you don't have 
this, you will need to speak to your system installer/maintainer and 
they should be able to supply you with it.</p>

<p>The Avaya Delta Server is known to be backward compatible with older version of the Avaya IP Office as far as v3.x.</p>

<p>Please make sure the CCC Delta Server service is started, and follow 
the below instructions on how to configure the Avaya Delta Server:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Open your web browser and type in the following in to the address bar: <span class="keyword">http://127.0.0.1:8080</span>.</li>
	<li>Check that the Avaya Delta Server is connected to your Avaya IP Office. To do this, you need to look at the 'Comms Status', it should say 'Comms Restored'. If it doesn't then you need to click on the 
	<span class="button no_margin">Comms</span> link on the left-hand side, then click on the <span class="button no_margin">Search</span> button and once it finds your Avaya IP Office unit select it from the 
	<span class="reference">Connection</span> drop-down list and click on the <span class="button no_margin">Apply</span> button. This should connect the Avaya Delta Server to the Avaya IP Office you selected.</li>
	<li>Now click on the <span class="button no_margin">SMDR</span> link on the left-hand side.</li>
	<li>You will need to configure each of the fields on the SMDR screen as shown in the image below:</li>

	<li>Now click on the <span class="button no_margin">apply</span> button.</li>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Avaya IP Office v5:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Avaya IP Office v5'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">Avaya IP Office</span> from the PBX model list.</li>

	<li>In the <span class="button no_margin">Connection</span> tab select <span class="keyword">Listen for connection from PBX</span> from the <span class="reference">Connection method</span> list.</li>
	<li>In the <span class="reference">Port</span> field enter in <span class="keyword">9000</span>.</li>
	<li>Finally, click on the <span class="button no_margin">Save</span> button.</li>
