<p>These instructions should assist in configuring your Mitel SX50 to 
work with TIM Enterprise. If you are not familiar with PBX 
configuration, please contact your system maintainer.</p>

<h2>Configuring your SMDR</h2>

<p>By default the Mitel SX50 doesn't have SMDR enabled. To enable SMDR 
for the Mitel SX50 you need to follow the steps below:

<ol>
	<li>Access the programming interface.</li>
	<li>Within the programming interface you need to access <span class="button no_margin">Systems Options Programming</span>.</li>
	<li>Access Command 100, register 14.</li>
	<li>You will be presented with four options. You need to enable <span class="keyword">Enabled for both incoming and outgoing trunk calls</span>.</li>
	<li>Make sure that SMDR is enabled in all of your 'Class of Services (Command 121-129)' and trunk groups (Command 151-156).</li>
</ol>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Mitel SX50:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Mitel SX50'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">Mitel SX50</span> from the PBX model list.</li>
