TIM Professional can be installed on a centralised machine within your network, but due to its in-built web server, it can be accessed via a standard web browser from any other PC on your network.

To start the TIM Professional application, click on the desktop icon or locate it in the  list  from the Windows Start menu.

During startup, various checks are carried out, along with a success indicator for each. If one of these checks fails, the system pauses to allow you to take remedial action. In the case of a system startup error you are advised to contact your software vendor.

The system has successfully started up when the Call View screen is displayed, containing a list of the calls the system has previously received. If this is the first time you are running the system, there will be no calls in the Call View, as shown below:
