Reports are the means by which your telephone call data is presented to you in a visual, meaningful way. Reports can be run on demand at any time or be scheduled to run at a pre-determined time(s) in the future, either regularly or as a one-off.
Although the results and presentation of each report differ substantially, running each of them involves following a very similar, wizard-style procedure.
The reports are presented with several filters and options that you can dispose of, in order to tailor your search results to exactly the information you are looking for.
