These instructions should assist in configuring your Mitel SX50 to work with TIM Plus. If you are not familiar with PBX configuration, please contact your system maintainer.

Configuring your SMDR
By default the Mitel SX50 doesn't have SMDR enabled. To enable SMDR for the Mitel SX50 you need to follow the steps below:
- Access the programming interface.
- Within the programming interface you need to access .
- Access Command 100, register 14.
- You will be presented with four options. You need to enable Enabled for both incoming and outgoing trunk calls.
- Make sure that SMDR is enabled in all of your Class of Services (Command 121-129) and trunk groups (Command 151-156).
Configuring TIM Plus
Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Mitel SX50:
- Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.
- Click on the tab.
- Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click or create a new site and click .
- Within the Site Properties window, select Mitel SX50 from the PBX model drop-down list.
- In the Connection method field select No connection required from the drop-down list.
- Finally, click on the button.
