Selecting a tariff table is easy. Simply select the tariff table you want to use from the drop-down menu at the left-hand side of the screen as shown below:

Properties

The tariff properties button will allow you to set up the standard tariff properties for the tariff selected. Just click on the Properties button, as shown below:

Fild name Description
Tariff title The date the call was made on.
Minimum dialled digits The minimum number of dialled digits required for the call to be logged as a valid call.
Minimum search digits ................................................
International digits The digits used to dial internationally e.g. in all international calls begin with "00".
Weekday rates The hourly rates to apply to calls for each hour of the day on weekdays.

For example, in the table below, Rate 2 applies from midnight to 7:59 am, Rate 1 applies from 8 am to 17:59 and Rate 2 applies from 18:00 to 23:59.

Please note that the actual rate will be determined by the band dialled e.g. the cost of calls to mobile bands will generally be more expensive than mobile calls.

Saturday rates The hourly rates to apply to calls for each hour of the day on Saturdays.

For example, in the table below Rate 3 applies at all times.

Rounding Simply select whether you would like decimal places rounded up down or left at default.

Recost

TTIM Plus provides the option to re-cost calls. This means call data can be re-run and a different tariff table applied. You have the option to select the new tariff you would like to apply as well as the period you would like to re-cost calls for.

Simply select the new tariff from the drop-down list and then select the option to re-cost 'All calls' or enter in a specific period.

Localise

You can tell TIM Plus where you are based and localise your tariffs accordingly. e.g. if you are based in London, you will need to tell it so that all calls to surrounding areas are treated as local.

To localise a tariff, click on the Localise as shown below:

The following window will pop-up. Simply enter in your local dialcode and click Check. All surrounding area codes will automatically be added. Finally click on the Localise button to localise your tariffs.
