Reports are the means by which your telephone call data is presented to you in a visual, meaningful way.   Reports can be run on demand at any time or be scheduled to run at pre-determined time(s) in the future, either regularly of as a one-off.Although the results and presentation Although the results of each report type differ substantially, running each one of them involves following a very similar, wizard-style procedure.Filters  Each report accepts several filters and options can be applied to all reports - with some having more than others - so you can tailor each report's , allowing you to tailor the results to exactly the information you 're are looking for.
