Preparing the report

To schedule a report to run in the future and set it to recur at frequent intervals, choose the report one you would like want to run and from the list in the left-hand panel, then click on the Select this report button to start the report wizard, as shown below:

As In the same way as with running a report on demand, you may need to select can modify the report period, entity, filters, options and format before scheduling.Please refer , by referring to the relevant pages below, if you wish to set the report parameters:

If you do not want to leave change any of the default settings, just click on the Finish button, at the bottom of the pop-up window, as shown below:

Select the format of the report and Once you have selected your report's parameters, click on the Schedule for later button.

Tip

Please note that for reports sent via e-mail, formats like PDF or Excel are more usable.

The In the new window that appears will allow you to determine opens you can set the scheduling parameters of the report:

  • When do when you want the report to start runningfirst run
  • How how frequently you want the report runsHow to run

Setting the scheduling parameters

When do you want the first report to run?

Enter the exact future date and time when that you want the report to run at, as shown below:

How do you want the report delivered?

The report can be sent via delivered by e-mail or saved in a specified location. Choose the as a file to a specific location, by choosing a delivery method from the available drop-down list:

E-mail

  • Enter the e-mail address of the person that you want the report to be delivered to
  • If you want the report to be e-mailed to more than one person, simply use a ;  or , to separate each e-mail addressaddress using the ; symbol.

File
  • Type the location full filename, including folder, of the folder location that you want the report to be saved , followed by the report's name. For example, enter as, e.g. C:\My Reports\My Call Analysis.html.
  • The filename can include the following variables:

  • To save the report on to a shared network drive, please check our Knowledgebase for instructions.share, specify the filename using a UNC path. You must ensure that the user account running the TIM Plus service has access privileges to write to the file you have specified.

Schedule now

After entering all When you have configured the scheduling parameters, click on the Schedule now button to save the report's definition.

Notice that your newly-scheduled reports are now listed in the Scheduled reports panel at the bottom of your the screen, as shown below:

Editing a schedule report

Info

The properties of a scheduled reports are web user specific, and can be seen or edited only by the web user that initially added the report in the system.

Editing a scheduled report

To edit a scheduled report, select the report you want to configure it from the Scheduled reports panel, and click on the Properties button on the top-right corner of the panel, as shown below:

A new window with the properties of the report will pop-upopen, where you can edit the period, entity, filters, options and format of the scheduled report.

Deleting a scheduled report

To delete a scheduled report, select the report you wish to delete it from the Scheduled reports panel and click on the the Delete button at the top-right corner of the panel, as shown below.:
