This section allows you to further narrow down your report results, by excluding certain types of calls call or sorting the results in a particular manner. These options are specific to the type of report you are running , so you will notice that they differ from report to report.Alongside and differ between report types. In the example belowabove, the user wants to exclude weekends and transferred calls, as well as missed calls that are shorter than 3 seconds.

Run or schedule the report

To run or schedule the report without setting any further parameters, click on select the Finish button. To continue adding parameters; to apply further settings, click on the Next button, which will lead direct you to theFormat options section of the report wizard.
