Call volume by call type

This first graph shows a snapshot of today's calls calls for the current day, based on the type of call (, e.g. inbound, outbound, missed etc.)

Each call type is colour-coded using a system-wide colour scheme, the default being as follows:

  • Green: Incoming calls
  • Light green: Answered transferred calls
  • Blue: Outgoing calls
  • Light blue: Outgoing non-connected calls
  • GrayGrey: Internal calls
  • Mauve: Internal non-connected callcalls
  • Red: Abandoned DDI calls (direct Dial in)(Direct Dialled In) calls
  • Pink: Tandem callcalls

This allows , allowing you to identify at a glance where you call most often, grouping your calls into easily-identifiable geographic classes, such as .  Calls are grouped into geographical locations such as Mobile, National, Local, International etc.
