The VoiSpeed phone system outputs the its CDR information data to a file. To configure the output, please speak to contact your phone system maintainer.

TIM Plus can be installed on the same machine as the VoiSpeed server; however, however we recommend that you first should confirm this with the phone engineerfirst with your system maintainer as it may impact system performance.

Installing NetPBX

As the output file from VoiSpeed is read-only, you will Since your VoiSpeed phone system outputs its call logging data to a file, you first need to install  install the NetPBX software to be able to send the data in order to collect the contents of the call logging file and forward it to TIM Plus. Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Toshiba CIX-CTX VoiSpeed from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connections connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<p>For your SMDR configuration, you will need to speak to your system maintainer to enable SMDR output.</p>

<h2>Configuring TIM Plus</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your VoiSpeed:</p>

	<li>Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>

	<li>Within the <span class="reference">Site Properties</span> window, select <span class="keyword">VoiSpeed</span> from the <span class="reference">PBX model</span> drop-down list.</li>
	<li>In the <span class="reference">Connection method</span> field select <span class="keyword">No connection required</span> from the drop-down list.</li>
	<li>Finally, click on the <span class="button no_margin">Save</span> button.</li>
