However, Since the LG GDK doesn't have the SMDR output enabled by defalutdefault, so you will need to speak with ask your phone system maintainer to enable the SMDR logs logging for outgoing, incoming and abandoned calls.

Installing NetPBX

The LG GDK phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the To collect call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Configuring TIM Plus

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select LG GDK from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<p>The LG GDK by default has the SMDR output disabled. For the SMDR to be outputted you will need to speak to your LG GDK maintainer. They will need to enable SMDR logs for outgoing, incoming and abandoned calls.</p>

<h2>Configuring TIM Plus</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your LG GDK:</p>

	<li>Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>

	<li>Within the <span class="reference">Site Properties</span> window, select <span class="keyword">LG GDK</span> from the <span class="reference">PBX model</span> drop-down list.</li>
