Configuring your SMDR output

Below you will find instructions on how Follow the instructions below to configure your Panasonic KX-TD Series phone system to output SMDR data to TIM Plus. You will need to do this from one of the  The configuration needs to be performed from a Digital Proprietary Telephone (DPT) : such as the KX-T7431, KX-T7433, KX-T7436, KX-T7230, KX-T7235:.

  1. Press PROG. + * + # and enter your System Password.Enter the

      buttons simultaneously, then enter your system password.
  2. Enter programming mode 800 and press the Next button.
  3. You will now see Outgoing: Off, press Press the Select button until you see All. When you can see All press to set the Outgoing option to All, then click on the Store button. Press the Next button and you should see Incoming: Off. Click Next.
  4. Press the Select button until you see All. When you can see All to set the Incoming option to All, then press the Store button.
  5. Press the End button , the programming is now completeto complete the configuration.

The Panasonic KX-TD Series phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX netpbx software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting call logging data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Panasonic KX Family-TD Series from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
