Configuring your SMDR output

The Samsung DCS phone system sends SMDR information data via a serial connection. To collect the data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX netpbx software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Samsung DCS from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Finally, click Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
