Configuring your SMDR output

The Mitel 3300 has various SMDR fields that need to be configured. This can be achieved using the Mitel Communication Director. Below you will find how to access SMDR Options window and how the fields need to be configured.

Accessing the SMDR Options window

Follow the steps below to configure the SMDR options of your Mitel 3300:

  1. Log in to the Mitel Communication Director .software
  2. Click on System Properties.
  3. Click on System Feature Settings.
  4. Click on SMDR Options

Configuring TIM Plus

Below you will find steps on how Follow the steps below to configure TIM Plus to collect the SMDR data from your Mitel 3300:

  1. Browse to TIM Plus as normal and log in with your credentials.
  2. Click on the Directory tab.
  3. Click on Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and click Properties.

  4. Within In the Site Properties window, select Mitel 3300 from the PBX model drop-down list.
  5. In the Connection method field, select Actively connect to PBX from the drop-down list.
  6. In the Host field, enter the IP address of your Mitel 3300.
  7. In the Port field, enter in 1752.
  8. Leave the Username and Password fields blank.
  9. In the Connection script field, select Mitel 3300 from the drop-down list.
  10. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
