Installing NetPBX

To collect the call logging data from the serial port and send it to TIM Plus, you will first need to install the NetPBX software. For setup instructions, click on the link below:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select Coral Flexicom 200 from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
  5. Finally, click Click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<p>For your SMDR configuration, you will need to speak to your system maintainer to enable SMDR output.</p>

<h2>Configuring TIM Plus</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Plus to listen for SMDR data from your Coral Flexicom 200:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Plus as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Click on the site configured during the setup wizard and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>or create a new site and click <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>

	<li>Within the <span class="reference">Site Properties</span> window, select <span class="keyword">Coral Flexicom 200</span> from the <span class="reference">PBX model</span> drop-down list.</li>
