Zoom Meetings

These instructions describe how to connect your TIM Plus system to a Zoom Meetings account, allowing you to analyse your Zoom calls in the same way as standard phone calls.

Connecting TIM Plus to your Microsoft Teams account is very similar to the way you connect to any other PBX or communications service:-

• Click on the Directory tab.
• In the 'Sites' pane, select 'Add'

•  Then select 'Cloud service'.

• Click the Next button

Configure the new data source

To connect, you will need to enter the Host name, username and password.
