<p>TIM Enterprise can be configured to raise an alert when particular events occur. Just select the <span class="button">Alerts</span> tab on the top right-hand side of TIM Enterprise's screen to access your alerts, as shown below:</p>

LabelAlerts
section notifies you when particular events occur on the system. The table below describes the type of alerts emitted from TIM Enterprise:

AlertDescription
CriticalNotifies you of any events that are detrimental to the system, e.g. database failure
WarningNotifies you of any non-critical events that have occurred on the system, e.g. you have exceeded your license limit
InformationNotifies you of any general events that have occurred on the system, e.g. if the application service has been restarted
Voice activityProvides details about the progress of call recording operations
Audit trail
Provides very detailed information about ongoing system events, primarily used for fault-finding
