Configuring the interface file
Follow the steps below to configure the interface file to establish an HTTPS connection with your Unify OpenScape Business:
- Open the Unify OpenScape Business.TDT file, located by default in C:\Program Files (x86)\Tri-Line\TIM PlusEnterprise\config.
- Edit the file to point to the IP address of your Unify OpenScape Business and enter the relevant username and password, as shown below

Once the DSN connection has been set up, log in to TIM Enterprise and follow perform the following steps below:
- Click on the Directory tab.
- Choose Locate the site PBX object you want to configure and click Properties.
in the Directory, right-click on it and select Properties. - A new window will open displaying the general properties of your PBX object. Select Unify OpenScape Business from the Data format on the right-hand side, as shown below:

tim- In the Site Properties window, select Unify OpenScape Business from the PBX model drop-down list.
In the Connection method field, select Connect to a system DSN from the drop-down - Click on the Connection tab and select System DSN connection from the Connection method list.
- In the DSN
name- field,
select - select Unify OpenScape Business from the drop-down list.
- In the Frequency field, enter 5 5 to check for data every five seconds.
- In the DB script field, select Unify OpenScape Business from the drop-down list.
- Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
