Backing up the TIM Enterprise database

Log in to

Referencemacro

and backup the TIM Enterprise database following the on-screen instructions.

Follow the setup instruction to install the ReferencemacroLabel MySQL ODBC connector and ReferencemacroLabel MySQL GUI tools.

For the  ReferencemacroLabelthe MySQL server installation, perform the steps below:

  1. Click on the installation setup package and follow the on-screen instructioninstructions. When prompted to choose the type of setup type, click on the

Restore the old database on the new system

Close the web page, access the Windows Services and restart the TIM Enterprise service. Using Windows Registry Editor (
