Configuring your SMDR

Follow the steps below to configure the SMDR output on the your NEC XN120. The programming will need to be done via PC Pro/Web Pro:

  1. Login Log in to your PC Pro/Web Pro software.
  2. As the NEC XN120 has multiple ways of sending SMDR Data, below are the configuration settings based on each adaptor:

    Adaptor

    To configure SMDR output by serial port, apply the following settings:

Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard you want to configure and clickProperties.

  3. Within In the Site Properties window, select NEC DXE from the PBX model drop-down list.
  4. In the Connection method field, select No connection required from the drop-down list.
