These instructions help you configure your Mitel Imagination phone system to work with TIM PlusEnterprise. Contact your system maintainer if you are not familiar with the configuration of your PBX.

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Choose the PBX object you want to configure and click Properties.
  3. A new window will open. In the General tab,
  4. select AGFEO AC-AS Series
  5. select Mitel Imagination from the Data format list and tick the Keep a local backup of data box, as shown below:

  6. In the Connection tab, select No connection required from the Connection method list.
  7. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Mitel Imagination:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Mitel Imagination'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select <span class="keyword">Mitel Imagination</span> from the PBX model list.</li>
