By default, the SMDR output of your Toshiba CIX/CTX is not enabled. Please contact Contact your phone system maintainer to enable the data call logging output for incoming, outgoing and internal calls.

1. Click on the Directory tab.
2. Choose the site you want to configure and click Properties.

3. In the Site Properties window, select Toshiba CIX-CTX from the PBX model drop-down list.
4. In the Connection method field, select Listen for connections from PBX from the drop-down list.
5. Leave the Host field blank.
6. In the Port field enter in 9000.
7. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.
