Configuring TIM Enterprise

  1. Click on the Directory tab.
  2. Choose the PBX object you want to configure and click Properties.
  3. A new window will open. In the General tab, select Samsung DCS from the Data format list and tick the Keep a local backup of data box, as shown below:

  4. In the Connection tab, select No connection required from the Connection method list.
  5. Click on the Save button to apply the settings.

<h2>Configuring your SMDR</h2>

<p>Below you will find instructions on how to configure your Samsung DCS to
 output SMDR to TIM Enterprise. You will need to do this from a LCD 
handset. Just use the down arrow key to move to each option.</p>

	<li>Now press the <span class="button no_margin">SPKR</span> key.</li>
	<li>Select <span class="button no_margin">804</span>.</li>
	<li>Dial <span class="keyword">0</span> and use the arrow keys and select SMDR.</li>
	<li>Now press the <span class="button no_margin">TRSF</span> key.</li>

<h2>Configuring TIM Enterprise</h2>

<p>Below you will find steps on how to configure TIM Enterprise to listen for SMDR data from your Samsung DCS:</p>

<ol>
	<li>Browse to TIM Enterprise as normal and login with your credentials.</li>
	<li>Click on the <span class="button no_margin">Directory</span> tab.</li>
	<li>Go the the point in the Directory where you need to add the PBX Object and add a PBX with the name 'Samsung DCS'.</li>
	<li>Left-click on it and select <span class="button no_margin">Properties</span>.</li>
	<li>From the <span class="button no_margin">General</span> settings tab select your <span class="keyword">Samsung DCS</span> family PBX model from the list.</li>
