The Mitel SX2000 phone system sends SMDR information via a serial connection. You will need to directly connect a serial cable from the Mitel SX2000 phone system your Mitel to the PC that NetPBX is installed and running on. However
By default, the Mitel SX2000 doesn't have the SMDR enabled by default, so you will need to speak with your phone maintainer for more information about the output configurationSMDR output of your Mitel is not enabled. Once NetPBX is configured and collecting data, log on in to TIM Plus as usual and apply perform the following settingssteps below:
- Click on the tab.
- Select Choose the site configured during the setup wizard and clickyou want to configure and click .
